  Our team has been active in operational IT Management in Call and Contact Centers and Telecommunication for more than 15 years. We started by offering fully equipped call center floors in our Call Center Hotel; when technology (and prices) allowed we changed our business to offering hosted services from our own datacenters and in 2010/2011 we made another change in line with technological advancements by offering all Support & High-en (Tels)Sales Center services from the cloud. Today we are a 100% Interaction Cloud Services Provider.

The local request for contact is always routed to the local office first, unless there is no-one available there, then the system routes to where there is someone available. Hence our company name: we offer three clouds (1 over Europe; 1 over the Eastern hemisphere and 1 over the Americas; the request is kept in the cloud which is closest, but benefits from the fact that there are two other clouds available where agents may provide an answer. This reduces your costs enormously and at the same time allows you to offer your customer 24 hour availability.
